James Haffner earned his B.S.B.A. degree in 1982, after attending Loyola University and St. Louis University. He earned his J.D. from St. Louis University in 1985. He was admitted to practice law in Missouri in 1985 and Illinois in 1986. He successfully established his private practice in Missouri, and he is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

James Haffner has more than 15 years of experience in criminal defense law and has represented clients charged with various crimes, including DUI, DWI, domestic violence, sexual assaults, drug trafficking, murder, homicide, manslaughter, white collar crimes, and federal crimes.
